Yes you’re correct, this also relates with perfectionism, waiting for the “perfect time” to start because you feel it would go well then. The thing is you can never know the perfect time to start something if at least you don’t try, in as much as saying “just start” might sound easier when said, I know how hard it is. The best thing is to start slowly and have an accountability partner whom you share similar goals with.
